Through Texray Academy and the Texray Grant Program, we aspire to catalyze a wave of awareness for radiation exposure and protection, ultimately contributing to improved occupational radiation protection of medical teams worldwide. VISION
The benefits of X-ray-guided interventions are immense, and products are continuously being introduced. For patients, it means procedures that are less invasive. For society, it means reduced healthcare costs due to shorter recovery times.
However - for medical practitioners, it means increased exposure to potentially harmful radiation. Having the best possible working environment is crucial in order to perform first-class procedures.
We envision a future where advancements in medical technology are driven by the relentless pursuit of knowledge and innovation. Our mission is to foster a community of passionate individuals who seek to push the boundaries of understanding of how we may work preventative to enable occupational safety for medical practitioners exposed to radiation.

*One person at a time will receive a grant towards fees for Congress that Texray announces (which of the abstracts has been submitted and acknowledged). Texray will administrate the budget by either subvention the congress fee or/and paying for travel and/or accommodation.
ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
Texray Academy invites researchers, scientists, and practitioners to submit abstracts on topics related to radiation exposure for the medical practitioners and surgical staff. We encourage diverse perspectives and innovative approaches to address challenges and opportunities in this field.
GRANTS FOR EXCELLENCE
Selected abstracts for the announced opportunities will be awarded a one-time grant to fund further educational possibilities. The grant will be strictly used to subvention the attendance at a medical congress/meeting announced by Texray Academy
ACCUMULATED CPD/CME
The allocation of points will be based on the duration and nature of the educational activity and certified under the Texray Academy Committee by an authorized medical professional.
DISSEMINATION OF RESULTS
Texray Academy requires the applicant to submit for dissemination of research findings through publications, conferences, and other platforms, ensuring that the knowledge generated through the grant program reaches a wide audience.
